Classes are given by Yana Komarnitskaya, authorized by KPJAYI (Mysore, India) Ashtanga Yoga teacher and certified Yogatherapist (Moscow, Russia). Yana is fluent in English, French and Russian.

Yana was born and grew up in Moscow, Russia. She discovered yoga in 2007 and her interest in practice and yogic philosophy has been ever growing since then. After a few years of intensive practice in 2012 she successfully completed one year teachers training course at Moscow Ashtanga Yoga Centre and a Children Yoga training course with Jo Manuel, quitted her job as an architect and dedicated herself fully to the practice and teaching of yoga.
For several years Yana was teaching yoga in Moscow, participated in Russian translation and editing of books on Yoga, and continued her training, both as a student and a teacher during workshops.
In 2014 she moved to France and continued teaching and strengthen her competence there. In 2015 she completed an intensive teachers training course with Gerald Disse and Linda Munro in Paris.
For her personal practice Yana chose the traditional method of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois. At 2014 she made her first trip to KPJAYI, Mysore, to study with Sharath R. Jois and has been coming there every year ever since. In 2018 Yana was authorized by Sharath Ji to teach Ashtanga Yoga.
Working with different students Yana grew interest in therapy and in 2018 completed 2 years course of Yoga Therapy at Moscow Institute of Traditional Healthcare. With these skills, apart from teaching Ashtanga Yoga, she started giving yoga therapy classes, working with chronic pains, injuries and other health conditions.
Yana believes yoga to be a powerful tool of transformation.
