- 10 classes (valid for 3 months) – 135e / 108e*

In case of any health conditions please consult with the teacher in advance to find the best approach for you.
It is recommended to practise yoga on empty stomach, but if you are afraid to find yourself dizzy during the class, feel free to drink some tea or coffee and eat a piece of something sweet 1 hour before the class.
Clothes should be comfortable, not limiting your movements.
For Mysore students it is recommended to have a small towel to wipe the sweat during the practice.
All the classes are held at the home studio in small groups: 5 students for Mysore classes and 4 students for another types of classes.
